Sesame Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowls
We love noodle bowls, especially this Sesame Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowls recipe- it's got chicken and veggies in a flavorful sauce and you can make it four different ways! Why is that important? Because the sesame garlic cooking sauce works on the stovetop, in the oven, in a slow cooker and in a multi-cooker, so you can have perfectly seasoned noodle bowls no matter how you feel like cooking that day.
Ingredient
- 6 ounces uncooked ramen noodles or lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (amount divided in recipe steps below)
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut in thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut in strips (about 1 cup)
- 1 pouch (11 ounces) Campbell's® Sesame Garlic Cooking Sauce
Direction
- Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions. While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, carrots and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is done. Serve in bowls with the noodles.
