Japanese Style Ginger Salad Dressing
This ginger salad dressing tastes just like the kind they serve in Japanese steakhouses.
Ingredient
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil
Direction
- Whisk soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, honey, mustard, and pepper together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Add oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly until incorporated into the dressing. Pour into a glass jar and chill until serving.
