Gluten Free Sausage Quiche
Our five-ingredient sausage quiche is gluten-free and taste-rich. Best of all, it can be on the table in about 1 hour.
Ingredient
- 1 pkg (1 lb) gluten free sausage
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 oz) gluten free shredded Cheddar or hot pepper jack cheese
Direction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Brown sausage in skillet until no longer pink; drain fat. Set aside.
- In large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half and pepper. Stir in cheese and cooked sausage. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 45 minutes or until quiche is set. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.
