Fiery Chicken Meatballs
plain bread crumbs provide a simple addition to these hot chicken meatballs – perfect for appetizer.
Ingredient
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup red pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 egg
- Blue cheese dressing, if desired
Direction
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 17x12-inch half-sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except dressing. Shape mixture into 24 (1 1/2-inch) balls; place in pan.
- Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of meatballs reads at least 165°F. Serve warm with blue cheese dressing.
