Easy Caesar Salad for a Crowd
Everyone loves Caesar salad! Here’s one big enough to serve the whole gang!
Ingredient
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 bunches romaine, torn into bite-size pieces (20 cups)
- 2 cups Caesar or garlic-flavored croutons
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
Direction
- Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add romaine; toss until coated with dressing.
- Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.
